A simple healthy supper that you can make in 20 minutes. It is a recipe I pulled out of Good food and its delicious and quick. You just need 2 frying pans. I usually add some new potatoes if I want to make it a little more substantial but leave off if you are being good.

This slow cooked lamb with north African spicing is so easy to leave in the oven if you have family or friends coming. The couscous gets flavoured with all the juices from the pan. Serve at the table and the lamb should be super tender. Enjoy!
