This is a lovely warming winter soup and has become one of my favourites. The recipe was printed in The Oracle ten years ago but I feel anyone who missed it should give it a try! Chunky and rustic, it is packed with flavour and you could also make it with leftover chicken or turkey. Lovely big piece of crusty bread is all you need on a cold January day. Enjoy!
