Six The Musical

Six The Musical returns to Cliffs Pavilion, Southend, from 17 to 21 November 2026. This lively Tudor-inspired production puts the six wives of Henry VIII at the centre of the story, giving each queen the chance to share her own version of events.

History is reworked as a contemporary pop concert, transforming centuries of royal drama and heartbreak into an energetic celebration of female voices. The familiar rhyme about Henry’s marriages is given a fresh perspective as the queens step into the spotlight and reclaim their stories.

Six has received more than 35 international awards, including Tony Awards for Best Original Score and Best Costume Design. The show has also won the Whatsonstage Award for Best West End Show twice, while its album has achieved Gold status. The performance runs for 80 minutes without an interval.
