Vulcan Music & Beer Festival – Weekend of Live Music & Craft Beer

Raise a glass and get your groove on at the Music and Beer Festival at The Vulcan, returning this July for a weekend of top-tier live music and a cracking range of craft beer and cider. From Friday 26 to Sunday 28 July 2025, the Vulcan Pub on London Road, Southend will transform into a buzzing hub of summer vibes and great sounds.

Across the weekend, festival-goers can enjoy a packed lineup of local bands and acoustic acts, covering genres from indie rock to blues, reggae, pop, and everything in between. The Vulcan’s legendary beer garden provides the perfect summer setting to unwind with friends and family, pint in hand.

Sample over 20 guest ales and ciders, handpicked from independent breweries across the UK. Whether you’re into hoppy IPAs, rich stouts or fruity ciders, there’s something to suit every tastebud.

As always, the event is free to enter and promises a warm, welcoming atmosphere with street food, outdoor seating, and great community spirit. Dogs are welcome too!
