In Labour’s manifesto, we said we’d invite councils to join together to deliver services differently. Local councils in Essex have responded to this.

Youth facilities have been underfunded for over a decade and many have closed. In an increasingly digital age, more young people are lonely and struggling with their mental health. 

We all know that the NHS is broken, but I want to assure you, we will fix it. For too long, patients have been let down, stuck on NHS waiting lists, unable to get the care and support they so desperately need.

This year, I’m determined to address the challenges that impact our community, from improving water quality along our beautiful coastline to enhancing the quality of life for all residents.
