Families First launched in Southend yesterday (12 May) at The Boundary, Garons Park, bringing together senior leaders from the council, NHS, police and the Voluntary and Community sector to transform how children and their families are supported.

The new partnership approach focuses on identifying needs earlier and providing joined-up support, helping prevent issues escalating into crisis.
