The NHS App provides a growing number of online services, making it easier for residents to manage their healthcare. One of its essential features is the messaging function, offering a simple and secure way to stay up-to-date with your care.
Local NHS bosses are advising that if residents across Mid and South Essex download the NHS App and switch on their messaging functionality, this could save the local NHS over half a million pounds each year.

Current data shows that 58.6% of the population in Mid and South Essex have downloaded the NHS App. The areas with the highest usage are:

Meanwhile, areas with the lowest adoption rates include:
