The Zone 3a flood plain to the north of Barge Pier Road is the site of the proposed Bellway Development. I am opposed to the development because-the clue is in the name-it is a FLOOD PLAIN.

We know that if we can create a healthy community in Shoebury and support our members with information, it will not only offer informed choices, but it supports our health & wellbeing. We need to find a way of linking the whole of Southend as a united City where we can work together, but this has to start with our Council.

The NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (MSEICB) has announced a six-month delay in the final decision-making regarding the reconfiguration of community hospital beds, a midwife-led birthing unit, and ambulatory care services.

We have been made aware of a scam involving fraudulent text messages claiming to be from Southend-on-Sea City Council, stating that recipients have a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and providing a link for payment.

This announcement follows the success of City Jam, which brought together over 200 renowned artists from around the world, as well as the launch of the city vision survey.
